Description:

The 3D poly printer is a toothed poly that is used with the XL timing belt. The use of pulleys and XL timing belts reduces slippage and, as a result, creates uniform movement. Pulleys are used to transfer power from one axle to another. After installing this part on the motor shaft and tightening them, it causes the movement of the motor belt, then by adjusting the toothed tooth and the belt, these two parts are coupled together and finally the necessary force is created to move.

This pulley is so designed to easily install and attach to the stepper motor shaft to transfer stepper motor force and movement. So it is specialized for building a 3D printer, engraving machine, CNC, or similar projects.

This pulley is presented in two optional types of toothless and with 40 teeth. A belt mechanism consists of a coach fixed to the belt, a toothed pulley (sprocket) connected to the step motor and a timing belt with teeth.

The belt teeth fit into the notches of the toothed pulley, preventing it from slipping, and allowing it rotates with the motor, so keeping the belt taut is a very important factor in timing.
